Today I had the privilege of going down to see the Rawhiti Science Fair in the hall. It was amazing to see all the work that everyone put in. I learnt that in bread when you add the catalysis to the glucose it releases carbon dioxide and that gets trapped in the gluten to make air bubbles. I was also told that sourdough bread goes stale in a few days.
